Boston Spring Spruce Up Package (March-June)

Landscape outdoor areas including mowing, hedging, raking and removing leaves, trash removal, and removal of fallen and dead branches.
Property lines and planting beds will be trimmed and edged.
Weeds and small trees that have emerged around building will be weeded and removed. Hardscape areas will be swept and blown clean. Mulch application will be installed as necessary to maintain 2-3" depth in planting beds.
Parking area will be swept and blown clean. Sand and debris from winter will be removed from the property. Irrigation systems will be tested to ensure proper operation.

Boston Maintenance Package (April - October)

Maintenance visits include cutting any grass areas on property, line trimming of all property edges.
Landscape and hardscape areas around property will be cleaned up, including blowing any leaves or debris and removing them from premises.
